‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. Secluded within its own tree-lined wildflower meadow alongside the River Alaw, it offers peace and tranquility second to none. The cottage is semi-detached with its own entrance, parking & facilities including modern kitchen, en suite bathroom, shower & Sky TV. The owner lives next door, and the resident (wild) owls live at the bottom of the meadow! Pets unfortunately not allowed.

Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but is is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. Fabulous views of Snowdonia. Internet access and Smart TV with Netflix, iPlayer and more. 20m from the Anglesey costal path, where fabulous walks and a deserted beach are seconds away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, with stunning views of the Snowdonia Mountain range and Gors Y Ddreiniog (Nature Reserve), which is only a few minutes walk away. Also a great place for cyclists as on a cycle route. Tresgawen Hall Hotel & Spa only 1mile away, local beaches 10minutes drive, Benllech, Lligwy and Red Wharf Bay, where you will also find lots of places to eat and drink. In the depths of North-west Anglesey and close to the rugged coastline and coatal paths sits a Treehouse. Tucked away a mile off the main road, the little nest sits around a tree. It shares its space with the owners as it sits in a corner of their garden. With peacocks (very early hooting buds), cats and dogs, there is plenty of amusement.
