Guest house on small island, nice sea view

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Staying on an island adds an extra dimension to the tranquility. In summertime, the short crossing (400 meters) takes place to the island with a small boat that is included. In winter, a snowmobile shuttle takes place. Outdoors there is SPA baths that hold 38 degrees year round. There is also a wood fire sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. Transfer to and from Luleå AirPort we can usually arrange for price surcharges. Ask us for this before you book.

Single sign, by the sea! Good opportunities for northern lights!

Peaceful and cosy living at the end of the road, the sea next. Good opportunities to see the Northern Lights, the outdoor lighting can be turned off completely if you do not want to get light sources that disturb the view of the sky. Access to wood-burning sauna. Indoor fireplace for coziness. The forest in direct vicinity for, for example, forest skiing trips or hiking in autumn. Rich wildlife with the opportunity to see, among other things, wild mammals and birds of prey. In summer, two kayaks can be rented.

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Rickardsgården Lodge is centrally located in the Råne Rivervalley in Swedish Lapland 73 km south of the arcticcircle. Trusses and many boards are from the demolition of the old garrison hospital in Boden, which was built in 1923. Inside Rickardsgården Lodge you are met by the visible trusses and the pompous space with its height of 7 meters up to the roof. Modern summer cottage with sea location in scenic surroundings. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna with a final bath in the ocean or light a fire in the fireplace and gaze out over the ocean. Nice walking paths create the conditions for a relaxing stay only 1 hour from Luleå airport and 20 minutes from Kalix city center. The cottage is in a summer cottage area but despite this offers a private accommodation.
