Central to high standard!

Centrally located villa on Tjuvsundsberget in Kungshamn. The house has furnished basement with a 105 cm bed, ground floor and upstairs with three bedrooms (200 cm, 120 cm and 90 cm bed). Fiber with wifi and Sonos, even outside. On the property, there are also two parking spaces and two charging facilities for an electric car. From the house you have 230 meters to ICA, 320 meters to the harbor with the Zita boats that drive to, among other things, Hållö, Smögen and Rössholmen as well as 600 meters to the nice swimming areas Stenbogen with sandy beach and diving tower.

Summer on Bohuslän's loveliest island

Welcome to the wonderful little island Rösholmen, located right between Kungshamn and Smögen. A real summer paradise! Rösholmen is perfect for those of you who want a quiet and unique stay in the middle of Bohuslän, where Smögen and Kungshamn's offerings are around the corner as well as an incomparable nature. The island is very popular with families with children as there is a lot to discover and do. There are nice cliff baths, a sandy beach in a sheltered bay with jellyfish, tennis courts, ping pong room, sauna raft, barbecue area, playground, seafront with kiosk.

In a high, free and protected location in Backa Stora in Grundsund, is our classic and newly renovated holiday home with patios in all directions where the whole family thrives. In total, there are five good sleeping places divided into a spacious bedroom in the house, a loft and a garden shed. Extra bed can be arranged. The house has two fireplaces- one in the living room and one in the kitchen. A bathroom with bathtub in the house as well as a washing room with washing machine and shower next to the wood-fired sauna on the property. Bikes are available.

Large house by the sea overlooking Gullholmen!

House by the sea with room for both community and privacy. From the generously sourced balcony that accommodates both lounge group and dining area, a lovely view over the sea and Gullholmen is provided. The house is on three floors, on the first floor can accommodate, among other things, sauna/shower and laundry room. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, bathroom and a small office. At the top is the common area with the living room, dining and kitchen in an open plan. Ellös is also a perfect starting point for outings such as to beautiful Käringön.

"Lillstugan" in Hovenäset!

Take the chance and rent our "little cottage" for a week. Here, you are close to salty baths, lovely nature and Bohuslän history. The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, bedroom and toilet/shower. This is where up to 4 adults (5 if you have small children) people live comfortably and have the opportunity to enjoy the best coast of Sweden. Hovenäset is a small community close to Kungshamn and Smögen. Below the cottage there is the possibility of a brew bath and on a 5 min walk you reach both bus stop,swimming area and Bohusleden.

Cozy apartment with proximity to forest and sea.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in autumn :) The apartment has an amazing patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10km to Lysekils city centre. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

Turn of the century house with a large garden where the forest is one neighbor. Newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Have a morning coffee in the sun in the front yard or enjoy the evening sun in the back yard. Play ball on the lawn, grill something tasty, or enjoy in the sofa group. Cycling distance (3.8 km) to the sea. 2 miles to Lysekil and just over 3 miles to Smögen. This is our country house where we go on weekends, hence there are some private things that you can borrow if you reset.

Welcome to a 3-room and kitchen apartment of 50 square meters, just 200 meters from the sea. A house with two floors, two balconies, a basement, and a laundry room. A parking space is included at Tuvesvik, and after a 5-minute ferry ride, you'll arrive at Gullholmen. From there, it's a 3 or 8-minute walk to the house, depending on where the ferry stops. The island offers charming restaurants, a grocery store, and the option to book a sauna. Wifi, TV, bed linen, towels, and more are all included!

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with proximity to marina, cliffs, and ocean. The house overlooks the sea and the harbor both from the garden, bedroom and balcony. There are beds for up to 12 people of which 7 are in regular beds distributed in the bedrooms and restoring 5 places in the sofa bed, bed chairs and guest beds. 10 min walk to the nearest grocery store, 5 min by car to Kungshamn city center and 10 min by car to Smögenbryggan. 10 min walk to Tångenbadet.

Relax in this peaceful home next to the beach with amazing views of the sea cove, birds chirping and greenery around the house. Walk barefoot down the lawn to the sea and take a morning swim or just enjoy the view of the Gulf. There are 2 large lawns where the kids can play or where the whole family can join in and play kubb. There are life jackets for children to borrow as well as bucket and string to fish crabs with. There are good hiking opportunities.
