Free parking. the house is 110 sqm. two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs on the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a view, living room where the possibility of extra bed is available upon request bathroom. from here you can walk to the city center/swimming and then enjoy the view and the holiday. The house is fully renovated and has a fresh feel and has everything one needs for a nice and lovely holiday! Extra beds available upon request

Lovely 1.5 level villa with large terrace facing directly. The house is located about 500 m from the ocean and several beaches are within walking distance. Here you will also find opportunities to find a secluded place to swim from the cliffs. In the surrounding area, there are also great opportunities for outdoor activities such as cliff climbing, running and walking. Several farm shops are also found in the area as well as two restaurants, Bastevik kitchen&bar atBasteviksholmarna as well as Skaldjursmagasinet in picturesque Norra Grundsund.

Charming 30s villa in protected private location with beach property. The house is beautifully located on Rörbäckskilen with patio right on the water. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowing boat, 4m * Kayak * 4 st SUP BOARDS Here you enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Great fiber internet connection. The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

The house is located with beautiful views of the big garden. A few minutes walk takes you to salty baths in Brofjorden and crab fishing for the kids. Living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace with barbecue facilities. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower. Washer/dryer. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Very good opportunities for swimming, climbing and hiking in the area. There are several excursions within a radius of 20-40 minutes such as Vitlycke, Nordens Ark, Fjällbacka, Smögen, Lysekil.

Modern, newly-built villa completed in 2021! Here you live with 2.8 km to the coastal gem of Hunnebostrand & its cozy community with its shops, harbors & wonderful bathing spots. The residence is located between two stables on calm street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, there is Sotelden next door & to Ramsvikslandets nature reserve, it is 9.2 km. To cozy Kungshamn, Smögen, Bovallstrand & Fjällbacka, you can quickly get there by car.

Charming school in Lysekil Municipality

Welcome to Lyckebro old school! Here you live easily but pleasantly with proximity to some of Bohuslän's main gems. We have three twin rooms and a double room (continental bed 160 cm wide). Rooms are 10-12 sqm. Our guests have access to the garden and our newly built orangery. Possibility to charge electric car at a cost. The host couple lives in the school's old teacher's home with a separate entry. You can buy breakfast at an extra cost. Breakfast must be booked by 4pm on the day of arrival.

Large, modern house by the waterfront on magical Malmön between Smögen and Lysekil. Great for cozy days with swimming and walks along beaches and cliffs. Food and fish shop, restaurants and mini golf right nearby. First floor: Three bedrooms and WC with shower. Middle floor: Only living! Kitchen, dining, balcony, reading chairs, TV sofa. Top: Large bedroom, sleeping loft, workspace, WC with shower. The community includes your own dock for morning swim and boathouse for brew lunch or dinner.

A grand captain's house right in the centre near the sea

An amazing captain's house located a bit up the mountain overlooking Lysekil City Park. The house is 300 sqm. You enter a stately hallway. The living room is large and accommodates many. The kitchen is also big. There are 8 seats but you can easily set 4 extra chairs so it will be 12. There is also a bar table with 6 chairs. 4 toilets. A neat lounge with pool table and darts. Seaview from some windows. Secluded patio. Swimming area about 500 meters. Free parking 100 m from the house.
