Charm and lots of space in a peaceful village

Our beloved house is located in a hamlet one mile north of Saugerties near the Hudson River. Its five bedrooms can comfortably house 9 guests, and dogs are welcome. It has a Large kitchen, very spacious living and dining rooms, a wood stove usable as a fireplace , excellent Wifi ( up to 400 mbps), AC and central heating. Our huge back porch opens on a one acre garden. All this within walking distance to the HITS championships and a 30 minutes drive to the ski slopes of Hunter.

Whether you're in the area for the horse shows in the warmer months or skiing in the colder months our conveniently located cottage is perfect for you. Not only are we Just a couple miles off of the thruway, we are less than a 10 minute drive from town. If you're looking to explore Hunter/Tannersville area, you're in luck, as that is less than a 30 minute drive as well. We are pet friendly with a small fenced in area to let them out and access to a large field to let your dogs run.

Due to stairs, this space is NOT suitable for children.

We are on the top of one of the highest points in Southern Columbia county. The dirt driveway is a quarter of a mile long and once you arrive at the top you will find the guesthouse nicely situated away from the main house. Completely private setting, including parking and patio overlooking a natural woodland. A perfect place to relax or explore the area. We are 15 minutes from Rhinebeck or Hudson with lots to do in between.
