The house has CAC, a main suite w/ soaking tub, a chef’s kitchen, and Weber grill. The screened-in porch has a 2nd dining table w/ sectional seating. All three porches overlook a relaxing creek. The house is equipped with Sonos and televisions. The living area is open and spacious. The gas fireplace and built-in bar are perfect for nights in.

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
