A laundry facility is located on the premises. Kitchenette provides cooktop and microwave/convection oven & a small refridgerator.

Best view in Angler's Cove! Newly renovated 2BR, 1 BA condo, waterfront, pool, hot tub, and close to marina, beaches, and restaurants. Great place for families or a relaxing retreat. King bed in the master bedroom has beautiful view of water and boats. Twin bedroom beds have trundles for extra sleeping spaces. Sofa couch has a queen-sized mattress as well. Anglers Cove is located right off the water. Tennis courts on site and the Dolphin Tiki is just steps away for food and cocktails.

Single floor residence has heated pool, high ceilings and sliding doors leading to a pool area which is entirely screened in . Walk to many bars, restaurants and Movie theater, mini golf and more. It's the perfect place to lounge and enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and DVR. There are 4 additional Flatscreen TV's in the house (5 in total). 10 minute walk to beach and pubs and restaurants as well as Marco's Movie Theatre.

3brm 2 bth home with Private Pool

Currently Florida has left short term rental market in the hands of the county's. This property is in Collier County. Presently there is no ban on this activity. We are hoping that this stays this way. The house is an original Deltona home and is located in the center of the Island in a very nice upscale quiet neighborhood and has many fine features including a tile roof, Terrazzo floors, 1200 Sq ft screened lanai with in-ground heated pool.
