Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. Two-storey house of 250 sqm with four bedrooms. Open floor plan between newly renovated kitchen and living room. Cozy cottage with fireplace. Two bathrooms and sauna are available in the house. In addition, there is an office, a nice living room and a spacious laundry room. Private secluded garden with gas grill and patio. Two car spaces are available. The accommodation is close to all amenities but is still in a quiet area with a park as the nearest neighbor.

Newly renovated house in central Mariehamn with sauna.

You will be close to everything when you stay in the house. Everything is newly renovated and in good condition. We want guests to be at least 25 years old. The house has a large lawn and a terrace where there are outdoor tables and chairs. 4 cars can be parked in the yard. Car charger(11 kilowatts, more powerful than usual) is available to use for free. Rented and fresh linens and towels(a large and a small)are included in the price. You make your own beds you want to use. In the basement there is a completely renovated shower and sauna room.

Thirty meters from the sea. Views over inlet from two terraces. And the jacuzzi. Six clean beds in three bedrooms. Downstairs: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, sauna, bathroom and laundry room. Upper: master bedroom, patio and bathroom. Dining table for six inside and out. WiFi. Cable TV. Parking for two cars in carport. Walking distance to the ferries. Car 5 minutes, bike 10 minutes and walk 25 minutes to the city. Mariehamn's most beautiful walking and jogging trail below the large terrace.

The bottom floor of our house is perfect for those of you who want to live quietly, but very close to the center of Mariehamn & the ferry terminal. Wi-Fi & smart TV are included. In the accommodation with its own entrance, there is a private sauna with shower, toilet & washing machine. Amenities for toddlers available. Fridge with freezer, crockery, coffee maker, tea maker, microwave, dining area both inside and outside. Gas grill (on request) in child-friendly private courtyard. Free parking.

Bright newly furnished one in quiet & green villa area. Close to center & child-friendly sandy beaches (about 1km) only 5-6min walk/bike ride. The apartment seats three people with an extra bed/cot. New appliances, fridge & freezer, oven & microwave, dishwasher, fast 2min, tea & coffee maker, wifi, smart tv, hair dryer, cleaning equipment, new comfortable furniture, etc. New shared cozy balcony like morning sun. The city bus stops 75m from the house. Pets are ok for a cleaning fee.

The house is centrally located about 1 km from the city center, in a quiet residential area with its own child-friendly plot. Thus close to everything, the harbor, shops, restaurants, the beach and mini golf. For the kids there is sandbox, playhouse and dollhouse. There is an electric sauna, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill, sun loungers. WiFi available and Netflix. Pets are allowed. Made for 6 people, 2 developing extra beds v.b. Crib available. Towels and bed sheets are included.

Relax and enjoy at an undisturbed location on private island about 5 km south of Mariehamn city centre. By car you can drive from the country road to the house via private road and bridge. The house is about 120 sqm in one floor with basement level and is located directly above the large jetty and beach. Waterfront views. Close to the jetty there is a beach sauna. Modern, central and child-friendly holiday home.

Egnahemshuset is located in a lovely quiet environment in the most central part of Mariehamn. Great for families and life lovers. For longer stays, please let me know for a discount. A few dates left in July! Let me know:) Note it is now 4 bedrooms instead of 3 as before.
