Spacious country side villa near lake and forest

Small unique house on the countryside with centuries-old origins. There is a tiled stove that works, a beautiful old wood stove in the kitchen (which, however, does not work), there are log walls and wooden floors. There is also a beautiful Malmsjö piano. In this lovely house with several bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family or clean of two families. Proximity to several lakes and both forest and meadow directly into the knot. Hiking trail and exercise tracks in the near area. 37 km from Varberg and 32 km to Ullared.

Cozy and spacious cottage close to nature

Relax with the family in this family-friendly home. A cozy and modern cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and an extra living room upstairs, much appreciated by the kids. The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining area as well as a TV corner with fireplace. On the large terrace and own plot you can relax and enjoy life. The house is located in a nice holiday area with access to bathing area and many promedad roads in nature. In the lakes you can fish and in the forest you will find both mushrooms and berries.

Unique pig house outside Borås

Fifteen minutes outside Borås in Fritsla is this brick building which was a pig house 100 years ago. Here you enjoy nature and Häggån which runs 10 m from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential houses a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa part with fireplace. In this cottage there is everything for a relaxed yet comfortable holiday. The house is freshly renovated in 2021 and is suitable for less company that wants easy days in beautiful environment. The cottage is located between Borås, Gothenburg and Varberg, which are all reached in less than an hour by car. Two lakes are within walking distance. Sandsjön has jetty and sandy beach. Öjasjön has a simpler swimming area but is calm and beautiful. There are lots of trails for those who want to walk or run.
