Spacious country side villa near lake and forest

Small unique house on the countryside with centuries-old origins. There is a tiled stove that works, a beautiful old wood stove in the kitchen (which, however, does not work), there are log walls and wooden floors. There is also a beautiful Malmsjö piano. In this lovely house with several bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family or clean of two families. Proximity to several lakes and both forest and meadow directly into the knot. Hiking trail and exercise tracks in the near area. 37 km from Varberg and 32 km to Ullared.

Cozy cottage located right by the water's edge with a large terrace in the south. During the summer months, a rowboat and canoe are included at its own jetty as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the jetty. The cabin has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can hang out in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your holiday, such as a micro dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer.

In this cottage there is everything for a relaxed yet comfortable holiday. The house is freshly renovated in 2021 and is suitable for less company that wants easy days in beautiful environment. The cottage is located between Borås, Gothenburg and Varberg, which are all reached in less than an hour by car. Two lakes are within walking distance. Sandsjön has jetty and sandy beach. Öjasjön has a simpler swimming area but is calm and beautiful. There are lots of trails for those who want to walk or run.

Charming and nature-looking cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The modern house with a lot of light is cozy and charming and has all the comfort needed for a pleasant holiday. There are 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped and modern kitchen, fast wifi, tv and fireplace. You'll also find some toys like duplicate pieces, stuffed animals, and various games and puzzles for kids and adults. At the back is the large deck and garden with the sun almost 24/7. Garden furniture and grill available, also a couple of garden toys.

Loft lake view. 50 m sandy beach. Located close to scenic surroundings with forest walks and fishing from Öresjön with or without boat. Fishing license needed. Purchased at Hanatorps camping. Fully equipped fresh loft apartment 60m2 floor heating. Access to laundry room. BBQ is available. Access to your own part of the garden with table and chairs. Sauna by the lake for hire! And then there is a possibility to take a swim from our jetty.
