It offers you the pleasure of a beachfront holiday.

In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the grocery stores and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the fact that the beachfront and the island is located in a decent family environment, the daily accommodation facility is very few and has the most tranquil beach.

Erdek hotels in the region, 1 minute with your car to the sea, a holiday opportunity intertwined with nature. There is a parking for your vehicles in our garden. We have all kinds of utensils so you can cook in our kitchen. You can also light a barbecue in our garden and have a pleasant time with your family and friends. The house has air conditioning,hair dryer, soap, dish soap,toilet paper,disinfectant,towel. There are 3 houses in the garden. The gardens of the houses are separated from each other with a bamboo fence.

A special holiday in Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is the top floor of a 3-storey house in the garden. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa with a single bed and a double check yacht in the living room. So 3 people can stay comfortably. The small beach in the bay where the house is located is climbed by stairs and goes to the sea. The sea, the sandy and sunbathing are enjoyable. It is 15 minutes to walk to the center or 5-6 mile by minibuses passing in front of the house.

Our apartment is 150 meters from the sea and has a private path leading to the beach. The beach is very wide and has gorgeous sand and trees. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.
