Completely renovated and new extension in 2014. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one dining room. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 2 bedrooms have family bunk beds downstairs and 90cm up The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber) and the National TV package is provided. Apple TV both in the living room and in the family room on the second floor.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Hybel leies out in a rural location, dorm is at the end of our house 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 sofa with space for two TV and internet Dishwasher and refrigerator Washing machine and a small drying rack ,living room,kitchen, Sitting group out with BBQ, in season. Play theater on the outside can be disposed of but must be shared with our kids if they are at home Lots of sun and nice views of a water. New log house with stunning views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Very special and completed log house in Setesdal style. The house has shoreline towards Otra and spectacular views towards Reiårsfossen which is close by. Make a nice dinner in the large kitchen in the house or see if the kids dare to bathe in the slightly cold river. Take the car up or down the Seat Valley and visit various action attractions or experience the view and silence up on the cheerleader. In the evening you can enjoy birds singing and sleep in built-in, rose-painted beds.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. Home is located in a quiet construction field. Walking distance for salmon fishing in beautiful Mandals river. About 20 minutes to Mandal and about 30 to Kr.sand. Convenience store and train station within walking distance of about 10 minutes. Several great swimming areas can be found in the areas around. Sunny terrace and garden with built up lawn. Loft living room and ordinary living room.
