We have dropped our price due to the “ Occupancy Tax” NZ govt is now charging guests We are 15mins from Hobbiton movie set. Rustic, hand built,natural cleaning products, linens and recycled materials (nothing fancy) Wake up to river views from your swinging king size bed, enjoy a “cold one” on the floating pontoon or laze around in one of the hammocks, enjoy the ambience of the fire pit or hot tub. Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.

This all day sunny bach is a great place to relax, enjoy the lake views, have a wine by the pizza oven, soak in the outdoor bath. If you want a bit of activity, take out the kayaks/paddle board or bring your bikes to ride in the Redwoods.
