Lovely cottage close to the lake beach and the island for children, 10 km from the ocean by road or by bike via the bike path. Located in the cul-de-sac of a very quiet small residence. The chalet is enclosed on 600 m2. In the front a sunny wooden terrace and in the back a shaded garden with a table and benches as well as a shelter for beach toys and bikes. Quiet cottage house between lake and ocean

Beautiful nature, bike paths as far as the eye can see, ocean and lake 10 and 15 min by bike, forest. Animations in the center of the village in summer, carousel and small seasonal shops. Here is a summary of the environment of this family cottage, located on the heights of Maubuisson. From the terrace, you'll feel like you're in a treehouse. For children there are games and toys. Bed and toilet linen is not provided. There is no wi-fi but excellent 4G reception.

The beds are freshly made, towels provided, more than just put your bags down. Chalet 31 m2 perfectly located in a quiet residence. Safe environment for children as cars are unable to enter the residence. Lake Hourtin and its beach is minutes walk from house. The ocean is about 15 minutes by car. Hourtin town is about five minutes by car. Piqueyrot With its paddle boarding and sailboat about 15 minutes by car.
