Pip's Hideaway is our gorgeous 1 bedroom pet friendly holiday cottage situated on our family-run livestock farm, in the hamlet of Selside, close to Kendal and the Lake District. It was lovingly created from an old farm building in 2012 to a high standard keeping traditional features. This wonderful converted barn boasts a king-size bedroom and a luxurious bathroom on the ground floor, whilst on the first floor there is an open plan living area with warming woodburning stove.

Grosvenor cottage is in the heart of Kendal town centre. Close to all the shops, cafes and pubs. The cottage is a stone throw away from The Lake District which can easily be accessed by car , train or bus in 15 minutes. It is easily accessed from the train station which is approximately a 2 minute walk away. Parking space outside front door allocated for Grosvenor cottage.
