Peaceful and very relaxed neighbours, that offer options for outdoor sports. 5 min walk on a lovely street leads to the sea : white dune, pedestrian roads and hiking trails. 5 min walk in the other direction leads to Rimi and Top grocery stores and the train station. 10 min walk to the local market every Friday.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

Cozy holiday house LIELMEŽI located in quiet nature 60km from Riga. Great place to enjoy silence and nature far away from city noises. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

A cosy, just renovated apartment now is available for comfortable stay! It is located 15 min walking from Cesis Castle on the 5th floor with the view over Cesis city. A beautiful natural vacation home with sauna by the lake. Perfect for eight people. Owners live in the other house nearby (can be seen in pictures). Whole vacation home is at guests disposal. On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.
