Visit Edinburgh and stay just outside the city boundary for excellent value, still with great access to local restaurants, takeaways and bars. Close to Bush Estate and Airport (via taxi).

It will take you around 10-15 minutes to walk there or you can take the bus. Buses to Edinburgh are frequent, running every 15 minutes.

We offer a double , fresh and bright bedroom in our family home in a very quiet area of Penicuik. Perfect starting point for exploring Edinburgh or the country side as we offer free parking with bus stop on the door step. We have a big garden plus a huge grass area in front of our house and happily host kids or dogs or both. PLEASE BE AWARE : the car park is about 50m away from the entrance to you room. The room is not suitable for wheel chairs .
