Welcome! We hope you enjoy our clean and comfortable private basement apartment. We are near the canyons where you can hike, bike, ski and explore! This is a great place for vacations, stay-cations or work trips! Great family-friendly, well-lit, safe neighborhood. There are great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within two or three miles. Please note that our place is an allergy free zone so pets are NOT allowed. Also note that the queen bed and sofa sleeper are in the same room.

You are welcome to enjoy our backyard garden full of a variety of foliage, a pergola for outdoor eating, and a spacious swing/ lounge that can be a bed. COME--RELAX. Inside you have a queen-sized bedroom, a single-bed and 2 air beds. The space includes amenities and kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room. Hi, I'm Thelma, my basement apartment is beautiful and cozy with an incredible view of the Rocky Mountains and the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. It's located in a nice, safe and family oriented neighborhood. It's completely above ground which brings lots of natural light inside. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a full kitchen with a living space. It has a private entrance around the back of the home. Our street is a very quiet cul-de-sac. No matter how long you're staying we hope you'll enjoy it!

My place is close to the District shopping center, close to many restaurants, parks, daybreak lake, and trails. We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.
