Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic Sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in rural surroundings in protected area. Residential approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with room for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with shower. Large utility room. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. Well-equipped and nice cottage close to the water. Family-friendly, and with the large garden, which just invites you to lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the walking tower right nearby, and with beach and nature close by. Our lovely cottage was built in 2005 as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. The house just got new floors and sanitation, as well as new beds and more new furniture. Welcome to.
