The house has been restored by the owner using recycled items and woods cut in the forrest. So it has a very artistic touch,and handmade feeling. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. La casa fue construido por la duena usando materiales recicladas y maderas cortadas en su propio bosque . A si que da un toque muy personal artistico . El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .

Mondariz is an area with a lot of history and charm , we have the best water palace in Spain , and various hiking trails through the areas of the petroglyphs that we have in various areas of our village , we also have a magnificent golf course and some river beaches for refreshments from the high temperatures of the area ..
