Beautiful large studio on the ocean.

Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We love to welcome guests to share our beautiful property so if you'd like to book please introduce yourselves and let us know about who is coming and some hopes for your trip. We are caring, unobtrusive hosts who value getting to know our guests a little beforehand. This old farmhouse is off the beaten path and a perfect place to explore all that the real Maine has to offer. Set on an acre of land outside of town, there is plenty of open out door space, fire pit and a deck with picnic table and BBQ grill. Walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snow mobile trails. This very spacious and light filled apartment has beautiful views of a marsh and the headwaters of the Harraseeket River. It is also across the street from a 100+ acre bird sanctuary. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a twin in the large living room, and a twin in a small nook under the eaves off of the kitchen. You can put kayaks in across the street and it is a short 20 minute walk into downtown Freeport. Great year-round location.
