Bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé en 2ème étage dans un immeuble de charme d'inspiration Art Nouveau. Il se compose d'un salon/séjour avec cuisine équipée, une chambre et SDB. Il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal dans le centre de Nice (à deux pas de la place Massena, de la coulée verte, du vieux Nice). Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony.
