Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Charming duplex, fully air-conditioned and renovated, in a detached house. Exceptional view of the sea and the Bay of Angels. Sun all day until sunset from the pretty terrace. In a private lane that takes you directly to the beach (approx 3 min walk), the port (approx 7 min walk) and the tramway. An atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Free on-site parking reserved for residents in the private lane.
