On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms of which 3 with private bathroom. Consortium pool with protected area for children with lifeguards, sun umbrellas and deckchairs. Bar service. Open 1 /06 to 15/09 Sea access facilitated by stairs 1 parking space in the private parking but there are free parking spaces in the consortium.

Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two couches and a dining table. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There are two bathroom. There is a veranda with a marble dining table, a sofa and some deck chairs. Outside the house there is a big barbecue and a wood oven.
