The dining/living area has a partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Bikes available. microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker provided, Wifi, HD Smart TV, Netflix , Amazon Prime, DVD, Roku, HuluTV, CD player, screened in front porch. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

After a full day snowmobiling, skiing, mountain biking, climbing, or hiking, don't you just want to unwind in the hot tub? This place is perfect. There's a king bed in the master, bunkbeds in the middle room, and a full bathroom so the little ones can take their bath too. And when you're done, a full kitchen and a 50" smart tv.
