It is ideal for couples, families and friends. The house is located in the first basin of Lake Como, great place to be near Como, Milan, Lugano and all the villages that are located on the lake such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio... In 10 minutes by walking you can reach really nice beach as well as start hiking in the mountain.

Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa.
