This second floor apartment of a two unit 1830 farmhouse can be rented on its own or with the downstairs unit. Booked as just the second floor, it is completely secluded with its own private entrance. ALL NEW cozy, designer decorated, original VT farmhouse entire 2ND FL. apartment. King bed that can be split into twins and a queen bed. Plus small double size fold out sofa. Full kitchen, living room and bathroom. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, laundry. Very easy to get to towns and skiing. IMPORTANT NOTE: A/C window unit in kitchen living area only. MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze. There are free standing fans if needed as well. * LOWER APT. can be rented as well or whole house can be rented. (Title of listing: 1830 Farm House 1ST FLOOR APT.) No shared space except yard and driveway. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, fire pit, charcoal grill, laundry. Some cabs if needed. CAN RENT WHOLE HOUSE AS WELL.

Perfect base to explore Vermont; hiking, skiing, biking. Hosts live downstairs. Dogs are welcome with conditions. (Note the reservation requirements) Limit 4 people. (Includes toddlers and infants) If you are a skier, we're e less than an 40 minutes to major Ski areas. You won't have to pay resort prices and have a more room.

Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

The guestroom room is very cozy with radiant heat in the floor during the winter. The separate entrance is off a covered porch. The porch has chairs and a table and is very pleasant in the warmer months The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal. We live in a historic building and our neighborhood is located very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe as well as skiing, hiking and biking are all nearby.

Lovely Waterbury Home (Crossroads of Recreation)

Nestled in the hills of Vermont, our home is a new 3 bedroom house with a large deck and finished basement. There's also a large yard outside for kids to run around. We're a short one-mile walk to downtown, where there is a quaint small-town feel. And once downtown, you'll find several restaurants and bars where you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.
