A bright basement bachelor suite in our duplex located in Mount Pleasant, walking distance to trendy Main St & Commercial Dr. The space is a private self-contained unit accessed via its own front door w/ keyless entry, equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, full-sized washer & dryer, TV/wifi/keurig. The bed is accessed via a brand-new queen-sized Murphy bed system from California Closets, which folds up to become a dedicated work space. Also included is a sofa bed. Free street parking available

Elegant Private Basement Suite off Broadway

This modern basement suite has underfloor heating and a private entrance. We're less central than some places but our city neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Located along a bike route, we are near parks, 2-3 blocks from public transit, 20-30 minute walk to cafés, food, Main Street & Commercial Drive. While there is soundproofing in the suite, we have children and noise can often be heard through the ceiling. Note the suite is not zoned for cooking so there is no stove or hot plate available.

Our home is situated on a quiet street with quick access to both Cambie and Main Street which boast plenty of restaurants, cafes, breweries, boutiques, and grocery stores. 8 minute walk will get you to the Canada Line which provides rapid transit to/from the airport, and the downtown core. Our area has 2 hour parking Mon-Fri(8am-6pm) and permit only parking.
