A Cozy Bothy Retreat with Hot Tub!

A charming little renovated Bothy on our working farm, situated in our courtyard right next to/directly opposite our own house. Lovely interior with well equipped kitchen and dining area downstairs and woodburning stove. Bathroom also downstairs with shower cubicle. Upstairs is a cozy loft style bedroom with quite low ceilings so for the taller guests...please mind your heads when climbing into bed! Garden area with bistro garden furniture, hot tub and BBQ (please bring your own coal).

Wonderful period home in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special romantic location on Loch Earn. Great for a 1-2 week holiday, or for a short break. Walking, watersports, etc - or just relaxing! Excellent location for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - Edinburgh or Glasgow 75 minute drive. Lovely year round – in summer, south facing sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

West Lodge is picturesque cottage on a rural farm between Auchterarder and Crieff just by the River Earn - A perfect getaway for relaxation or exploration. We are also set up with good wi-fi for working from home Downstairs is a sitting room with study desk and dining room. Both have open fires. Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.

This is a lovely semi-detached cottage which was fully redecorated in 2018 to a high standard. Blackford is a lovely little village with an Inn & a village shop. It is the home of Highland Spring & Tullibardine Whisky Distillery. The world famous Gleneagles hotel is a couple of miles up the road. There is easy access to Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Auchterarder, the Highlands & the Trossachs. My cottage is pet friendly and pets are very welcome. Licence: PK12375F
