Dam house near Tiradentes e Carrancas

The house is located in Funil Dam, a reservoir with crystal clear waters that is full all year round. The proximity of the dam, the layout of the house on the ground and the glass construction provide an indescribable view. Since we have no neighbors, the feeling of quiet is inexplicable. The house is located in the rural area of Ibituruna/MG (220km from BH). Solar is an unforgettable experience. A cozy house in a magical place with a sensational view. You're very welcome.

Chalet Waterfall (with backyard waterfall)

The location of our chalet is very good because at the same time you are immersed in nature next to several wells and natural pools ( less than 5 minutes walk) , you are also very close to the center of Carrancas ( approximately 10 minutes by car). Our chalet is all in rustic style made with old roof tiles, adobe bricks, and demolition materials.

Super comfortable chalet, new and beautiful in the Carrancas mountains! However, it is only possible to arrive with 4x4. We are 5km from the city center and only 2km from these are off road The remaining 3km is by the paved highway. We are close to the city lookout point, Poço do Coração, Cachoeira do Moinho and Tira Prosa.
