Ideally located close to the M6, A6 and A66 for onward travel. The Lake District is 15 minute drive away, Ullswater being the closest lake. Poplar hiking fells Blencathra and Hellvelyn are 20-30 minutes to parking locations. Holme Riggs avenue is a quiet residential area of Penrith, the house has a drive way and on street parking, with outside space too.

Bright and cheerful ensuite studio flat on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Great views of Helvellyn and High Street. Lake District hikes, cycling or sightseeing within a few minutes. There is a small well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge and microwave for preparing light meals. The local pub is a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food with other good food pubs just down the road. Guests are welcome to share use of our BBQ corner with fabulous view of the mountains.
