Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

The apartment is small but nicely decorated and located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. There is a large shopping mall (SaxonyAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about 10 minutes away by foot. A bus stop is about 2 minutes walking distance. In front of the House a small park with a playground. Free parking, if available, is available in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes to walk.

The 2-room apartment (50m²) is completely renovated, newly furnished and is located on the 1st floor of an Art Nouveau villa, in the beautiful district of Kassberg. Shopping facilities and the indoor stand are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Very good bus and train connections. - nice large balcony - bathroom with tub and shower - lockable bicycle storage in the basement - new sofa bed (occupancy max 3persons)

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.
