Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Directly on Lake Champlain with uninterrupted views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Beautiful Sunsets! Adjacent to the Island Line Rail Trail Bike Path and 10 miles to Burlington by bike. Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.

You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. Camper living in Vermont winters. Owners on-site. Camper is winter ready and offers an affordable place to stay close to the lake views. Plenty of on-site parking for boats/trailer. We are close to the NY ferry but you don’t need to take a ferry to get to our place.
