Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities , fifty meters from the beach. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From April 25, 2025 until June 2025 there will be elevator replacement work. ( the apartment is on the second floor) . I apologize for the inconvenience.

Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. Nice for two people traveling alone or families with children. Ask me for special price.
