Fantastic location, right in the center and very quiet with mountain views+ TG Stellpl. Ideal for 2 people (possibility a. d. Sofa for third person) Everything within a few minutes on foot: BHF, pedestrian zone, shops, Nebelhornbahn, ski jumping hill, spa park, cinema, coffee shops, restaurants, Kurhaus, wave pool and thermal spa, trails, Nordic park, ice center. The shared apartment was completely newly renovated and designed. Tassimo, dishwasher and towels are available for you. It has a tasteful ambience.

Studio at a beautiful location with flair and char

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

In our apartment with 45 square meters for 2-3 people, you will find a large living room-bedroom with double bed. Large windows and south-facing balcony offer a magnificent view of the mountains. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a cozy dining area and an additional sofa bed. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and Waxensteine and Alpspitze during your breakfast. We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)
