Welcome to our "Edgewater Escape." These buildings were built in the 1960's and literally hang entirely over the bay in downtown in Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. Burrier farm -close to Berlin & Burley Oak Brewery

A quiet place to relax and get away from it all, but still only 6 miles from Ocean City and 3 miles from Berlin. We are on 10 acres and are surrounded on 3 sides by woods. The house has been divided in two. We live in the back half with our dog Freya and the front half is the air bnb. The suite is completely private with no shared spaces. Sit on the front porch that overlooks the pond and pasture and enjoy the solitude.
