An open floor plan so that the kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio all form a communal space. Flooring, kitchen, windows, and furniture are new. Two bedrooms feature queen beds. The 3rd bedroom has a studio floorplan with small kitchen and enclosed yard, privacy. We rent another 2-BR house next door, great for hosting multi-family gatherings.

Secluded and very family friendly house - blocks from downtown Oceanside and tons of amazing restaurants, 10 minute walk to the beach, less than a mile to the Pier and Oceanside harbor, and seconds to the 5 and 76 Freeways! While being a brand new and upscale place, our home is the perfect spot to stay if you are visiting San Diego - especially with a little one! We are happy to welcome dogs for a small fee, but do not allow cats due to allergies.

A cozy Writer's Cottage retreat surrounded by a garden as well as views of trees and mountains. This cottage is ideal for 1-3 people looking to relax and unwind in a quiet neighborhood. About 1 mile to closest beach access. Pet friendly environment (private front yard completely fenced in). We also have a larger place called Coastal Retreat for 3-4 people comfortably.
