Newly built cottage 25m2 with sea view. 50 meters to the sea and docks. 100 meters to the swimming area in two directions for morning swim or crab fishing. Small football field outside the cottage. The cabin has a sleeping loft with two beds 90x200cm and a sofa bed on the ground floor with a bed size 140x200cm. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge with a freezer. Bathroom with shower & washing machine. Patio with barbecue grill. Towels are provided, please bring your own bed linen. Guests clean after staying.

Detached villa located 10 meters from the sea in the northern archipelago of Gothenburg. The house, originally built in the 1960s, has four bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living room in an open layout. Approximately 700 meters to the nearest grocery store and Klåva harbour with restaurants and shops. Close to walking and running trails. Parking with space for 4-5 cars on the outside. New grass is sawn during April-May, during this period it is not possible to be in the grass.

This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A cosy sleeping alcove with 2 beds and a large living room with 2 beds behind curtain. A rustique well equipped kitchen and a cosy bathroom with floor heating . The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. Underbart skärgårdshus vid havet med havsutsikt i de flesta rum. Öppen planlösning, ljust och vackert. 6 riktiga sängplatser och ytterligare 4 personer kan sova på bäddsoffor och resesängar. Fin trädgård och underbar natur precis utanför dörren. Havet med härlig badplats finns på badrocksavstånd. Wifi och internet inkluderat. Några cyklar, en optimistjolle, flytvästar och leksaker finns att låna. Affärer och restauranger finns inom cykel/gångavstånd.
