Paradisiacal house with sun terrace on the edge of the forest

Idyllically located under old trees in a small mountainous place with beautiful sun terrace and a paradise panoramic view of nature. On cooler days, in addition to the central main station, the well-drenched wood in the fireplace brings cozy warmth and crackling atmosphere to the spacious living/dining room. The full equipped kitchen invites you to try out; spices on site. Good wifi reception, also on the patio. Parking is available right in front of the house. Dogs are warmth.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes the time run a little slower. Parking available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connections. The sports facility is at the back of the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that is welcome to visit.

Cozy apartment under the roof via barn cafe

My accommodation is near Cologne (about 20 km) - just outside the gates to the Bergisches Land. The accommodation can be reached by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40` with one change. The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You will love my accommodation because of the diverse uses in the area (Cologne Fair, Art and Culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

Newly renovated furnished apartment in a fantastic quiet location directly on the hiking trail in the Bergisches Land. Very good connection to Cologne and Bergisch Gladbach by bus/train (every 20 minutes) or by car (about 20min drive). Shopping, gastronomy and cultural offerings are within walking distance or by car. The climbing forest K1 is in walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment was newly furnished in autumn 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a car parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.
