Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Accommodates a total of four adults and a few small children divided into one bedroom with one very large bed, which requires sleeping with the kids (220 * 200cm) and a sofa bed in the living room (140 * 200cm). The bathroom is new and with a large shower. There is a new kitchen with dishwasher. There is a large south facing terrace where there is sun all day. 50 meters from the door there is one of Denmark's most beautiful coastal trails that takes you directly into Allinge city (3km)

Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2025 v24-v27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) check in Sunday.

The name of the house is a bit misleading, because from the large kitchen family room there is not only a search glimpse, but 180 gr. full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. The cottage is an annex located in the garden of our seaside villa in Rønne. Perfect for vacations on the beautiful island Bornholm. You will enjoy striking views of the Baltic Sea from the garden. There is a direct beach access - simply walk down the stairs at the end of the garden (pebble beach). The annex is new and contains one room with queen size bed (140x200 cm). Bathroom with toilet and shower. Fridge and zink but no stoves and no oven. It is possible to borrow an infant's bed.
