Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canel by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

Charming and Cozy The perfect beachside getaway for an ideal family holiday. The suite is located in one of the most beautiful areas within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and minutes from the Schlitterbahn. The upstairs bedroom contains a queen size bed , comfy futon. Downstairs there is a queen sleeper sofa, kitchen , full restroom, tv and access to a secluded back yard. The fisherman will love the boat docks and quick access to the gulf. You are welcome to stay with your pets.

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.
