Minimalist duplex for 2 adults and 2 minors (not 3-4 ADULTS OR VISITORS) in pedestrian area on the PortBo, close to cozy restaurants and shops (many closed in low season). The entrance (3rd floor) is accessible by elevator. On the ground floor there is a children's room (80x180 bunk bed +crib), a kitchen-dining room, a small bathroom with shower and a terrace. The top floor (stairs) is a suite (150x200 bed) with full bathroom (shower), terrace and outdoor jacuzzi all year round (° not adjustable)

Apartment perfect for families, it has 2 double bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom (completely refurbished in 2020), cozy living room and a great terrace with sea views. The apartment is decorated with all the things needed to enjoy a great holiday. We wish our guests to be as comfortable as we are when staying in the apartment.
