Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Gemütliche, südseitige und ruhige Wohnküche. Schlafbereich mit Vorhang teilbar. Fahrräder, Kanus, Kajaks, Sandspielplatz, Tischtennistisch und die Sauna mit Bad und Außendusche stehen euch frei zur Verfügung.
