Sweet bohemian cottage set in a lovely lush garden with fresh water stream dissecting the property. The beach is a 10minute walk from the cottage. Karekare was badly affected by Cyclone Gabrielle but our cottage has stood strong & unharmed & unchanged for the last 40years. Karekare Rd is closed during the week 8am-5pm for slip repairs but Lone Kauri Rd is open. LKRd is a bit longer but gets you to Kk valley & the cottage. There is no wifi & phone coverage can be patchy.
