Located on a quiet street you are just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The house is an adorable bungalow with a sweet cottage feel inside. The backyard is private with a fence all around. You can enjoy laying in the hammock and by night sit around the fire pit. There is an outdoor shower with cold and hot water to enjoy.

Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. Enjoy our studio (Attached to the main house) with private entrace. Queen size bed, full bathroom, and small kitchen. Our main house and family are on site. It has a private entrance, and this place is for 2 people max. We allowed just one parking spot and no more than 2 people at anytime. Distance to Siesta Key 18 minutes driving (8 miles), Lido Key 23 minutes driving (10 miles), and I-75 1.5 miles.
