Brand new, modernly furnished apartment with an amazing sea view, 200m from the beach. Guests have at their disposal a living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, table, and chairs. From the living room, we have access to the terrace. In the kitchenette, you will find the equipment needed for cooking and eating: fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, pots, pans, coffee maker, mixer and plates, cutlery, glasses, and cups. There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. There is an elevator in the building.

Beautiful apartment with sea view

Enjoy our apartment in Residencial Los Flamencos with fantastic views on two sides: the mountains and the sea. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (elevator available), just a few meters from the beach of the Mar Menor. The building is located next to the protected nature reserve of the Salinas de Marchamalo, where you can spot flamingos. In the evening you can see the lights of the buildings on La Manga. Enjoy the beautiful garden with playground, the fitness room or the outdoor pool.

Apartment above the sea in a natural setting with spectacular views. Air Conditioning in Master Bedroom, Wifi, Dishwasher and Garage Square. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room with terrace, ideal for four people, also has a sofa bed of 135 in the living room in case you are any more. The cove is under the apartment, with access. Ideal for scuba diving, paddle sup, canoeing. In summer it's fresh, but we have air conditioning for those extreme days.
