Incredibly spacious 3 bedroom Casa with stunning ocean views, (every bedroom has a door facing the sea). Come relax by the pool on the edge of town amongst the sounds of nature, while being only a few minutes drive to the heart of San Juan del Sur. House is fully equipped with clean, comfortable kitchen and open living room. Air Conditioning and fans throughout the house allow for comfort any time of day. Not that you will be cold in SJDS, but if you are, both bathrooms have hot water.

"Casa Bella" is a beachfront house w/ all the amenities for a great stay It has a PRIME location! It is right in front of the beach (in the residencial area - more private and clean) & only a few mins away from the town. AC, hot water, cable tv, wifi & an electric generator in case the electricity goes down in San J. There is also a maid, a guard and a handy man at your service. It is fun! it has a pool with beautiful beach views! This house is only available on Airbnb and VRBO.

La Ocean Vista

I first sailed into the bay called Pie de Gigante ( foot of the Giant) in 1976. It was magic, beautiful but Costa Rica beckoned with the stories of empty wave and deserted beaches. Once those wave were crowded and the beached developed I returned to Playa Gigante. I'd spent most of my life looking for Cool Places and this is where I stopped looking and started building. Gigante is off the beaten path and still a fishing village, not an Expat hangout.
