Our newly renovated house is located in the historic center but in a pleasant and quiet area even in the most lively months of the season. In the evening you can enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets of the island of Elba from one of the windows of the house and then, with 50 meters, find yourself in the pedestrian street of the town and enjoy an aperitif and dinner in one of the many places that characterize the country. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.
