Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.

Spacious, recently renovated 2 Bed, 2.5 bath house in the heart of downtown. Great setup for 2 couples. Loft with queen size bed as bonus space for more guests. Granite and stainless kitchen with all the amenities. The house does have a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars which is a rare commodity in the center of Portsmouth!
