Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more a sleepy place with an ice cream shop, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much touristy. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after about 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in about 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony ) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and made-up beds are provided upon arrival. If required, an extra bed can be made for a child at no extra charge.

The apartment is located in a building with 3 other apartments, this includes a garden, a private section of the terrace upstream with views over the garden, to the sheep pasture to the water. In about 100 m distance is our rowing boat in the water, which invites you to take a boat trip. In addition, canoes and kayaks as well as a fire pit can be used. The same applies to a couple (albeit older) bicycles. If you want to experience pure nature and Rügen's quiet side, this is the place to be!

The comfortable Tiny House iNGA awaits you in a graceful presence on the edge of the field with beautiful views. The interior is a mix of scandi and vintage elements in a modern black and white ambience. Here and there a splash of color that pleases the eye. »Hygge in northern German« describes it very well from our point of view:) Here the focus is clearly on peace and relaxation. The floor-to-ceiling window literally brings nature in. The high ceiling creates a generous sense of space.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden River overlooking the Schoritzer Wiek. Located on the first floor, it is cozy and simply equipped. Remarkable is the beauty and tranquility of my place of residence. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.

Wabi Sabi Cottage I at Old School and Sauna

This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably built for the teacher in 1815. It contains a bedroom, another bedroom under the roof (can only be booked in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom under the roof, you can onlyreach a steep staircase. The chamber is heatable via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.
